Intimate Works brings together works that engage the male figure in explicitly sensual and erotic terms—at times solitary, at times shared. These images are not about suggestion but about presence: the body observed, desired, and rendered with clarity. As with much of Simonson’s work, the figure remains both subject and structure, where gesture, form, and physicality carry the weight of the image.
