Legal Terms and Conditions for Payment Plans
Artwork Reservation
When a payment plan is approved and the first payment has been received, the artwork will be removed from the market and reserved exclusively for the purchaser. The artwork will not be shipped until it has been paid for in full.
Payment Methods
Payments may be made by credit card or PayPal.
Early Payoff
Collectors may make larger payments or pay off the remaining balance at any time without penalty.
Changes to Payment Plans
The agreed payment schedule constitutes a purchase agreement. However, if unexpected circumstances arise, we may be able to adjust the payment schedule temporarily. Requests for changes must be made as soon as possible.
Cancellation
If a purchaser chooses to cancel a payment plan after payments have begun:
- The artwork will be returned to the market.
- A cancellation fee equal to 15% of the artwork price will be deducted.
- The remaining balance owed to the purchaser will be refunded in installments.
Refund installments will generally be issued in amounts similar to those originally paid by the purchaser and will begin within approximately 30 days after cancellation has been confirmed.
Nonpayment and Failure to Communicate
If a scheduled payment cannot be made, the purchaser must contact us as soon as possible.
If no payment and no communication are received for a period of 60 consecutive days, the payment plan will be considered abandoned and in default. The reserved artwork will be returned to the market, and all prior payments will be forfeited.
Communication is the key. In most cases, problems can be resolved if we hear from you promptly.
